For years, I would gain and lose the same 20 pounds over and over again.
I always started out strong, but would quickly fall off track when life got busy or when I couldn’t resist the temptation to down a pint of Ben & Jerry’s after a stressful day.
Somehow I always ended up falling back into old habits that left me feeling like a failure.
Finally, I got fed up with the constant yo-yo cycle and knew there had to be a better way...
So that’s when I dug into the research and studied every course and book I could get my hand on about how to make sustainable, lasting changes that stick.
And that’s why I do what I do today. I want to share what I’ve learned to help women become their fittest, healthiest and most confident self without having to struggle like I did.
